Age requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to create a MooseChat account.
Information we collect
This can include your profile, hashed phone identifier, masked phone number, messages, shared media, call activity, device and session information, friend activity, reports, and settings.
How information is used
We use it to operate MooseChat, route messages and calls, verify accounts, prevent abuse, provide notifications, troubleshoot problems, and improve service reliability.
SMS, email, and updates
Account verification and important service messages may be sent by SMS. Marketing messages, product updates, and promotions are optional and require separate consent. Email is used only if you provide an email address in a future feature. Carrier messaging rates may apply.
Your choices
You can change profile details, control account visibility, export account data, withdraw optional marketing consent, or contact support about privacy and deletion requests. Usernames can be changed once every 14 days.
